Independent educational resource
This app is an independent supplemental study aid. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA), CDC, or any certification authority. CPO and other certification names belong to their respective owners. App practice does not award certification or replace an authorized course, current reference materials, or an examination.

Use and accuracy
Use the app for personal learning. Practice results do not guarantee passing an exam. Content can contain errors or become outdated. Follow applicable local requirements, equipment instructions, product labels, and approved facility procedures for real operations. Math examples are instructional and are not live chemical dosing recommendations. Report suspected errors to support@momentumapps.org.

Subscriptions
The app offers weekly, monthly, and quarterly auto-renewing subscriptions. Localized prices and billing periods are displayed before purchase. A three-day introductory trial is available only when offered by the store and when the customer is eligible. A trial on multiple plans does not grant repeated trials within a subscription group. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the selected subscription becomes paid. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled under the store's terms. Manage or cancel through your platform account. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled by the relevant store, subject to applicable law and store policy.

Your information and access
Study data is stored locally. Uninstalling or resetting can remove progress. Restore Purchases can recover eligible purchased access through the appropriate store account; it does not restore deleted local study history.
